a security interest in, all or a part of ATCO I-Tek.

ATCO endeavors to maintain physical, technical
and procedural safeguards that are appropriate
to the sensitivity of the personal information
in question. These safeguards are designed to

Interpretation of this Privacy Commitment
This Privacy Commitment includes examples but is

subject to ATCO’s privacy policies and practices
and is not intended to modify such policies and
practices or to create new rights or obligations
not contained within such policies and

in respect of those activities that are subject
to the provisions of Canada’s federal and
provincial privacy laws, as applicable. In this
